When volume grows, the usual answer is to hire. In most processes we measure, much of the effort goes into waiting, chasing and fixing. That is capacity the business already pays for.
Advisers often run a workshop, hand over a slide deck and leave. We do the measurement ourselves, in your data, and stay to help make the fix. The only proof that counts is a change in your own numbers.
